The Hera 350 replaced a setup process that required operators to physically bend down and install change gears by hand. With the new machine, operators load the blank, program the part, and run it. Setup efficiency improved by roughly 50 percent, and the elimination of manual change gears reduced physical strain on the team while improving safety and ease of use.
