Wisconsin Gear & Machine has been producing gears, splines, and custom components for packaging, paper, agriculture, and general industrial markets since the 1940s. After evaluating the Hera 350 through demos and conversations with Helios Regional Sales Manager Jason Spitzer, Jeff made the investment. The impact was immediate. Cycle times that previously ran four hours or more dropped to around thirty minutes on comparable jobs, and overall machine time and runtime fell to roughly a quarter of what it had been.
The Hera's rigidity allowed for heavier cuts at higher RPMs, and pairing the machine with better tooling pushed productivity even further.
