Hobbing and worm milling machine for the production of gears, worm gears, straight-toothed bevel gears, worms, and threads. Suitable for large and small production runs.
Machine mounted on a solid cast iron base, inclined to the rear by 15°. Workpiece spindle can be equipped with W25/W20 collets, retractable arbors, or customer-specific workholding.
CNC-tailstock clamping pressure up to 3,000 N, torque controlled. Below 500 N, clamping pressure is generated by spring load.
CNC-shift axis integrated in the hob head with 160 mm travel distance. Swivel angle on the hobbing and milling spindle is programmable, with a range of +45° to -127°.
