Adam Gimpert
President, Helios Gear Products

Together, we're reaching higher to elevate gear manufacturing.

This year, Helios Gear Products celebrates a successful and collaborative journey in delivering innovative gear manufacturing solutions. From showcasing our advancements at IMTS to expanding our team of award-winning professionals, and growing our presence in Europe, 2024 has been a year of significant growth and achievement. These milestones reflect a productive and impactful year for our team, and we're excited to see what the future holds. "Every milestone this year is a testament to collaboration, consistency, and a relentless focus on doing things a little better. I'm proud of this team and excited to see what we can accomplish in 2025 as we support gear manufactures in the USA, Canada, Mexico, and now Europe."

Helios proudly welcomes engineer, Caeden Keith.

Caeden Keith earned his degree in Mechatronics Engineering from Northern Illinois University (NIU). During his time at NIU, he demonstrated his passion for innovation and mentorship by serving as a mentor for his high school's FIRST Robotics Competition Team 5934 and leading NIU's team in NASA's BIG Idea Challenge.

Caeden's engineering journey includes a diverse range of hands-on experiences. He began as a CNC operator intern at Upstaging Inc., followed by a role as a manufacturing engineering intern at Wise Plastics Technologies. After honing his skills, he joined Helios Gear Products as an applications engineering co-op intern, where he gained valuable experience and insight into the gear manufacturing industry.

Following his co-op internship, Caeden joined the Helios team full-time as an Applications Engineer. In this role, he collaborates with innovative manufacturers to develop custom cutting tools and work-holding automation solutions, driving excellence and innovation in the industry.

Dennis Hillary hits 26-year milestone with Helios.

This Fall we celebrated 26 incredible years with Dennis Hillary on our team! Since joining us in 1998, Dennis has grown into his current role as Senior Service Engineer, where he now leads our North American technical service team. His expertise has been key to our success, delivering unmatched solutions and mentorship to both our team and customers. From his start as a tool maker to becoming a true 'master mechanic' in gear manufacturing, Dennis's impact is invaluable.
