Buffalo Gear partnered with Helios Gear Products to install a new Hera 350 CNC gear hobber. Helios visited Matt Davis, Russ Jagow, and Bob Kasperek in Buffalo, NY to to see how their processes and productivity have improved since the installation, and to learn about what they have in store for the future."I would say we're about 50% more efficient with our set ups. It also helps because the guys don't need to bend down to put in change gears. With this new machine you put it in the part [blank], you program it, and you're saving someone's back. Not only that, but with the bigger gears you can run... it's just unbelievable," explains Matt Davis, Owner of Buffalo Gear.

Bob Kasperek looks forward to the future, mentioning that he "can only imagine what it's going to be like once we get more equipment, more people, and more jobs.
